Three children and three adults are dead after a shooting at a Nashville Tennessee Private school Monday. The shooter, who is believed to be a 28-year-old female, opened gunfire Monday with the first call to 911 taking place at around 10:13 am. The shooter was shot and killed by police as they responded to the scene just minutes after the first call came in.

Officers are saying the shooter appeared to be in her teens though her identity is yet to be confirmed. It is said that she was armed with two assault-style weapons and a handgun before she went into a side entrance at the Covenant School.

Police are saying that they responded to the first call at the school at 10:13 am local time when they cleared the first floor before hearing gunfire upstairs at which time they followed the sounds and engaged with her. She was killed by 10:27 am.

Three children were taken to a local children’s hospital where they were pronounced dead. One adult was pronounced dead at the scene while two other adults were taken to a local hospital before also being pronounced dead. Including the shooter, there were seven individuals confirmed dead in the shooting. The only other reported injury was an officer who was cut by glass.

Police are still working to identify the shooter and are working to understand her motive. Parents are still working to be reunited with their children.

The killer was a female on testosterone for “transitioning to a male.” That causes all kinds of horrific emotional mental symptoms in a woman. Her pronouns are he, him.

Extreme sadness. Kudos to the adults that lost their lives trying to protect the children. Kudos to the officers that didn’t pause, but stopped the attack within 14 minutes from the time of the first call. No other words. Just so sad.
