According to reports, a Texas abortionist killed an unborn baby with a beating heart in an abortion — a direct violation of the new Heartbeat law.

Life News reports:

… [A]bortionist Alan Braid, of the Alamo Women’s Reproductive Services in San Antonio, admitted openly to his defiance Saturday in an essay published at the Washington Post.

Braid said he performed the illegal abortion on Sept. 6 because he “had a duty of care” to the mother. He said he also wants to see the pro-life law overturned in court.

“I acted because I had a duty of care to this patient, as I do for all patients, and because she has a fundamental right to receive this care,” he wrote. “I fully understood that there could be legal consequences – but I wanted to make sure that Texas didn’t get away with its bid to prevent this blatantly unconstitutional law from being tested.”

The Texas heartbeat law went into effect Sept. 1, prohibiting abortions once an unborn baby’s heartbeat is detectable, about six weeks of pregnancy. Unique from other states, the Texas law includes a private enforcement mechanism that allows people to file lawsuits against abortionists who violate the law and those who help them.

The Daily Mail reported that the abortion Braid performed was on a first-trimester unborn baby who had a beating heart.

Care?? You mean the aiding and abetting of the murder of this baby because the woman didn’t want the responsibility of it! I highly doubt her life was in any danger, so what did he have an obligation to protect the woman for?? She’s already had the chance to live and chose to screw her life up, that poor baby didn’t get a chance to live at all!

Arrest the prick and prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law along with the baby killing wench. If I am arrested for drunken driving would I not also be subject to punishment under the law? Laws are laws. No exceptions.

Where in the Constitution does it say killing babies is constitutional? Even Jesus said “whatever you do to the least of my brethren, you do to me”. The Dr. has guaranteed himself a rock the hottest place in HELL, and I think he will go there without his license to practice medicine in Texas.

This money grubbing modern Josef Mengele should be arrested on charges of first degree murder. Murdering a living human baby to make a legal? point. Abortion has NEVER been a constitutional right, ever. Abortion as a means of birth control is plain and simply murder for convenience. Conviction of this quack should merit a death sentence, or life sentence no parole. Yes, I am pro-life, but I am also anti-evil. It must be destroyed however and wherever it is found.
