California’s Gov. Gavin Newsom signed two new anti-life bills dramatically extending abortion safeguards in California in direct response to Texas’ recent sweeping ban on nearly all abortions.

One of the bills will make it easier for minors in California to hide abortions and transgender treatments from their parents. The second bill will slap new restrictions and penalties on pro-life activists in the Golden State who engage in protests outside abortion clinics.
Newsom signed the bills, Assembly Bill 1184 and Assembly Bill 1356, during a virtual press conference September 22.
Making oblique reference to Texas’ life-saving Heartbeat Act which bans most abortions in the Lone Star State, Newsom said “these are dark days,” and promised to make sure California is a “reproductive freedom state.”
Newsom delivered on his promise to further enshrine abortion “rights” in California with the two bills signed Wednesday. One of the bills, A.B. 1184, effectively allows anyone still on their parents’ health insurance, including children, teenagers, and young adults up to age 26, to conceal “sensitive” medical procedures including abortions, puberty-blockers, and cross-sex hormones, from parents or guardians, CBN News reported.
According to the language of the bill, A.B. 1184 will “prohibit a health care service plan or health insurer from requiring a protected individual, as defined, to obtain the policyholder, primary subscriber, or other enrollee’s authorization to receive sensitive services or to submit a claim for sensitive services if the protected individual has the right to consent to care.”

Responsible parents are abandoning California in uncountable droves. But homeless entitlement collectors are staying. They’ll stay until the food is depleted when government buses will transport them to the nearby states willing to feed them. Soon enough, the state will be devoid of industry and necessary skilled labor.
Illegal aliens will fundamentally transform the state according to Obama’s vision. The next question is whether they’ll sweep north to consume Oregon and Washington, or east to consume Nevada and Arizona. I’d bet on the latter because the weather is more survivable year round. Grim but probable scenario.

I was thinking about with the sexual revolution, the landslide of divorces, celebrating homosexuality, celebrating trannies, letting kids decide their “gender”, and where has it gotten us? Millions upon millions of broken homes, screwed up children, adults on drugs that are “legal”, millions and millions of women on anxiety drugs, kids on drugs, kids who don’t know what they are, homelessness, hopelessness and the list goes on and on and most of all, 98% of churches teaching a false Gospel, abortion by the millions….and well, guess taking God out of the government and schools wasn’t such a good idea. No wonder Jesus is coming back…

I’m not understanding how minors could use insurance without somebody somewhere having to pay deductibles and co-pays. Maybe progressive parents give their kids big bucks to spend however they want. We could never afford that and wouldn’t have done it if we could. Parents need to know how much money their kids have and how they’re spending it. That said, the first time a child dies in a procedure that wasn’t OK’d by the parents, all hale (you get my drift) is going to break loose. The entire state of California wouldn’t have enough money to pay the lawsuit I would level at them. And you KNOW this is going to happen. Just a matter of time.
