Pope Francis is challenging us. He has raised some of the most difficult issues facing the world today—income inequality, poverty, mass migration, immigration, human trafficking, climate change. These are issues we can, and must, address. We will ultimately be measured by what we do, not just what we say. Via Wikimedia Commons.

According to the briefing readout of Joe Biden’s Friday meeting with Pope Francis at the Vatican, abortion was not mentioned, despite Joe Biden being the most pro-abortion person to attain the office.

Breitbart reports:

In its press briefing, the Vatican states that the pope and the president “focused on the joint commitment to the protection and care of the planet, the healthcare situation and the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the theme of refugees and assistance to migrants.”

“Reference was also made to the protection of human rights, including freedom of religion and conscience,” the communiqué concludes. The fact that the briefing makes no mention of abortion does not mean that the topic never came up but suggests that either it was not discussed or the Vatican opted not to emphasize the point.

Because of his aggressive promotion of abortion rights, President Biden has found himself at odds with the U.S. Catholic bishops, who have not hesitated to criticize him for this blatant departure from core Church teaching on respect for human life.

Last February, the head of the U.S. Bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life Activities, Kansas City Archbishop Joseph Naumann, said that Mr. Biden should stop calling himself a “devout Catholic” since his actions contradict this claim.

Despite the looming issue, with many priests and bishops angered over the pro-abortion politician, it appears Francis does not see abortion as a preeminent issue, according to his meeting with Biden at the Vatican.

Pope Francis is “challenging us”? The most pressing “challenge” that Bergoglio burdens me with is remaining in the Faith despite himself.

The Pope is certainly Catholic as he is the head of that organization. It is in doubt, however, if he is truly a Christian.

I apologize in advance to you Catholics, but if Il Papa did NOT discuss Senile Joe’s pro-abortion crusade (if I may borrow a word), then he isn’t worth his salt.

Who elected this demonic POS pope? He should be impeached or put into retirement. Get rid of this lunatic.

If they discussed healthcare and human rights the chances are that abortion came up. Biden is either lying or is too senile to remember. (Who knew) I wouldn’t trust a word he says and this stems from past and present experiences.

I also do not trust a single word that issues from ‘Brandon’s’ filthy hole. I have never met the Pontiff, but if we read the signs aright, then the so-called ‘Holy Father’ is a deep red Communist at heart, serving Beelzebub the Father of Lies. I thank God that I am not a Catholic under this spawn of Satan who would pervert the Church and the Faith. .

This Pope is an embarrassment to the Catholic religion.
