Via TTN:

On Monday, the Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge regarding a Catholic hospital’s refusal to perform transgender surgery. The decision left in place a lower court’s ruling that sided with Evan Minton, a transgender man. Minton sued Dignity Health after the hospital refused to perform his hysterectomy.

The Washington Times reports:

He received the surgery three days later at a non-religious hospital but filed a lawsuit in California claiming he was discriminated against.

The lower courts ruled in his favor and against the hospital, which asked the justices to review the case.

Specifically, Dignity Health argued that religious health care institutions should be protected by the First Amendment and not forced to perform surgeries that conflict with its ethics.

Justices Neil M. Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas and Samuel A. Alito Jr. would have taken up the case for review.

However, a majority of justices refused to review the case. It takes four justices to agree to appeal the case.

i can just imagine 10 or 15 years from know when these people change their minds and the plaintiffs bar starts suing all the doctors and hospitals for encouraging these operations!
Can you imagine the law suits in Illinois when the minors decide the abortion was a major medical decision and should have required parental consent!!! who will the lawyers sue? Doctors? Hospitals? Maybe even parents!!! But how about the politicians who allowed it to happen? Bet they get a FREE RIDE!

It is a sad and ominous day when the SCOTUS does not understand the Constitution. Most 6th grade students would have voted for Scotus to review abd overturn the lower court ruling. The SCOTUS must stop playing politics abd in affect legislating from the bench!

And it’s sad when the medical community doesn’t understand science. Our DNA determines our sex. No amount of cosmetic surgery can change that. We don’t encourage the delusions of anorexic people. Ed don’t encourage the amputation of healthy limbs in delusional people. Yet we encourage the mutilation of genitals for mentally ill people in the name of tolerance and diversity.

The gay mafia wants to force their agenda on everyone. They don’t seem to realize that they are alienating people with a live and let live outlook on personal choices in lifestyle. You can’t force your opinion or choices on others and shouldn’t try. Delibertly choosing to attack any religious businesses to confirm to your wants is defeating your cause. There are plenty of businesses who are happy to serve you, why are you targeting religious ones?
