The abortion giant Planned Parenthood endorsed nearly 200 U.S. House candidates late last week, hoping to keep Congress in the power of pro-abortion politicians who want to force taxpayers to fund abortions and “codify” Roe v. Wade into federal law.

Townhall reports Planned Parenthood Action Fund, the political arm of the abortion chain, endorsed 198 candidates who all have 100-percent pro-abortion voting records.
The abortion chain spends millions of dollars every year on elections, including at least $45 million in 2020 to elect President Joe Biden and other pro-abortion candidates. How much it plans to spend on the 2022 midterms is not clear, but it likely will be a massive amount given how much is at stake.
“2022 is poised to be the most consequential year for abortion access in a generation,” said Alexis McGill Johnson, the president of Planned Parenthood, in a statement. “Next year, the right to decide our own futures will be on the line — and up and down the ballot — like never before. That’s why we must protect the seats of leaders in the House who have a consistent record of standing up for our right to basic health care and the freedom to chart our own paths.”
Planned Parenthood receives hundreds of millions of tax dollars from the government every year, and it does about 40 percent of all abortions in the U.S. With the possibility that the U.S. Supreme Court may overturn Roe v. Wade and pro-life Republicans may regain control of Congress, its billion-dollar abortion business is at risk.
Currently, the U.S. House is controlled by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and pro-abortion Democrats. This year, they passed several pieces of radical pro-abortion legislation, including the deceptively-named Women’s Health Protection Act and spending bills without limits on taxpayer funding for abortions. However, the legislation has stalled in the U.S. Senate, which is split evenly along party lines.
