The White House refused to say whether President Joe Biden’s pick for the next Supreme Court justice must be pro-abortion, during a press briefing on Tuesday.
“I’m not going to outline a litmus test from here today,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Feb. 1. Her comments came in response to EWTN correspondent Owen Jensen, who asked, “Will that person have to be pro-abortion?”
While Psaki declined to say more about the future Supreme Court nominee in regards abortion, she repeated to Jensen that the president “believes in a woman’s right to choose.”
On Jan. 27, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer announced his upcoming retirement this summer, at age 83. In response, Biden renewed his campaign pledge to nominate a Black woman to the court.

Despite the Supreme Count’s unconstitutional ruling, there is no “right” to an abortion; there is a right to decide not to have unprotected sex. There is also a “responsibility” to either refrain from sex or protect from conception if a woman doesn’t want to have a baby.
There are no such right in the United States Constitution that allows one to deny the rights to life to another…
God’s Laws supersedes all of man’s Laws, and I believe those that support abortion in any way will receive the harshest penalty of them all.
Biden is a scandal to the Catholic Church and the USCCB is a scandal fro allowing this hypocrisy to continue.
It has been debated for years. The principal fact is abortion seekers do not have a right to funding by those who oppose it.
