Today... Biden nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, one of our nation’s brightest legal minds to the Supreme Court. Judge Jackson is currently serving on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and has strong, broad experience across the legal profession.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Joe Biden’s Supreme Court pick, has repeatedly embraced champions of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in lectures and speeches while nodding to the progressive idea with the use of terms such as “microaggression.”

Biden, who pledged in late January to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court, followed through by nominating Jackson a month later. Jackson sits on the D.C. Court of Appeals and will replace retiring Justice Stephen Breyer if confirmed by the Senate.

A review of a handful of Jackson’s lectures and speeches from the past seven years shows that the nominee has a strong appreciation for leading proponents of CRT, a progressive idea that holds in part: “racism is endemic to, rather than a deviation from, American norms,” legal scholar Kimberle Crenshaw, who coined the term, wrote in 1989. While Jackson has avoided openly championing CRT, she has complemented its advocates and suggested that the progressive theory informs her legal analysis.

In October 2021, Jackson moderated a Harvard Alumni Association webinar with university President Larry Bacow. Jackson, as [a] questioner for the first part of the webinar, at one point focused the discussion on the topic of “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging,” an outgrowth of CRT scholarship.

Four century old anti-American propaganda is not important to this brand of U.S. rule. What counts is this candidate is female and she’s Black. It props up a shutty administration.

Jackson has demonstrated on multiple occasions that she is not able to separate her own feelings and political beliefs from the law. She gas made decisions based on what she believes the law should be rather than what it is. This totally discounts her from consideration as a SCOTUS justice where she has to make her decisions based on what the Constitution actually says. A SCOTUS Justice may always write an opinion on how he or she feels the Constitution should read and can even suggest how it could be amended, but akways must make decisions on what the Constitution says. Again, she appears incapable of doing that and is therefore Constitutionally unqualified for a position on the SCOTUS.

The blame bunch is busy blaming America for racism. Fact is America did not exist until the Declaration of Independence was issued in 1776. Blamers insist on blaming immigrants from Europe and Royal emissaries, a few of which brought slaves and indentured servants.

Seems the blame bunch missed the target. Slavery was a notion protected by European royal families whose immigrants settled in the new world. Slavery was commonplace wherever humans existed and throughout 5,000 years of the earth’s history.

It was a way of life for Africans, Asians, Europeans, Indians, Middle Eastern people and too many others to list here. Communication was limited to letters, delivery of which consumed up to a year. Beginning with the first New World settlement in 1607, winning freedom from world powers consumed more than two and a half centuries, culminating in 1865.

Codified universal freedom triggered the American Revolution which lasted eight years, ending in 1783. King George, returned 29 years later to claim his colonies but fled back to England in 1815. European traditions were hotly contested over the following half century, ending only after five years of a brutal war and the loss of 620,000 soldiers. Slavery in America ended in 1865 but continues elsewhere in the world to this day. Since then, Blacks have greatly improved their standard of living.

If Black Americans were a country in 2014, it would have been the 15th wealthiest country in the world out of 196 ranked. The share of Black Americans living in poverty has declined substantially in the last five decades. Almost 35 percent of American Blacks were in poverty in 1968 but in 2018, the share in poverty was 21 percent. For whites, the decline in the poverty rate was much smaller, from 10 percent in 1968 to 9 percent in 2016.

Ketanji Brown-Jackson seems to ignore the colossal progress in America.

Not surprising that the Liar in Chief, head of the Biden Crime Family, would be so racist that the only qualification for him is that it be a black woman. He has proven he hates Caucasians, Jews, Christians, pre-born humans, Veterans, and Police. This pretender is the worst thing that has ever happened to America, but why should he care? Won’t be long and he’ll be gone to his new home and we know it’s not Heaven.
