Politico has obtained and revealed an unpublished draft in an unprecedented leak that has significant implications for the Court and country.
In the opinion, Justice Samuel Alito writes:
We end this opinion where we began. Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives.
The Judgment of the Fifth Circuit is reversed, and the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
The opinion was written in early February and may have been edited or changed completely since then, which is not uncommon for early Supreme Court drafts.
A leak of this nature from the Court is unprecedented. Politicians and commentators have voiced their opinions on the potential motive behind the act and the impact it could have on the Court’s future.

Almost immediately, barricades were erected in front of the Supreme Court. Shortly after, activists began showing up with signs and candles. While protesters were heavily skewed toward the pro-abortion side, there did appear to be pro-life messaging mixed in.
It remains to be seen what impact this will have on everything from midterm elections to potential fast-tracked legislation by Democrats in Congress.
This leak and the publication of it demonstrate an incredible level of mental derangement that has gripped the democrat. Seems they want to establish taxation of the entire adult world. They want authority to silence unwanted conversation. And they want to dictate private decisions between doctors and patients.
The Supreme Court did not make a new law. Roe-Wade was a lawsuit that has served as a powerful precedent for almost half a century. This decision merely overturned and moved the issue back to the legislature to make a law in lieu of a precedent. Riots now unfolding reveal the true nature of the socialist mind.
