Threatening statements by Democrat leader Chuck Schumer against U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh if he dared to overturn Roe v. Wade resurfaced after authorities reported an assassination attempt on the justice’s life.
Police arrested a California man near the justice’s home early Wednesday morning after the man said he bought a gun and planned to murder the justice. According to the Washington Post, the man told police that he was angry about a leaked draft ruling showing a majority of the Supreme Court, including Kavanaugh, overturning Roe v. Wade this summer.

Many pointed to a 2020 comment by Schumer, a pro-abortion Democrat from New York and the U.S. Senate majority leader, threatening Kavanaugh and another conservative justice, Neil Gorsuch, if they dared to overturn Roe and allow states to protect unborn babies from abortion again.
“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” Schumer said at a March 4, 2020 pro-abortion rally.

Why do we even need a Government or Supreme Court for when mob rule is not confronted? Wonder what would happen if these thugs were in front of Schumer’s house?
Everyone of them would be arrested, sent to jail and held without any bail and prohibited from talking to their attorney just like the Jan. 6 protestors.

Merrick Garland must be removed from office because of his willful failure to follow federal law and arrest every protestor in front of Conservative Justices’ homes. He’s not stupid. He clearly knows the law by being a former judge. He certainly has violated his oath of office by failing to follow the law and the Constitution. We know the DemonRATS will not remove him. But just wait until after November when the Republicans retake the majority. He will be gone then and he knows it.
Schumer should be held responsible for his threatening remarks to the two Justices. Inciting violence is against the law.

Instead of calming the people in favor of abortion Schumer called for action so bad that the SCOTUS Justices “WON’T KNOW WHAT HIT THEM”. By the way, today’s SCOTUS decision does not in any way make abortion illegal. Rather it affirms the limited powers of the Federal Government and places the question of abortion correctly in the hands of the people and Governments of the separate Sovereign States. All of these lieing politicians who are damning the SCOTUS should be doing their Constitutional duty and start turning to the people and legislatures of their States to enact whatever laws concerning abortion that the People of the State they represent want. The childish and devisive antics they are mouthing today only serves devalue them as human beings and concerned believers in America and our Constitution!
