Via TTN:

Nearly three months since the Dobbs v. Jackson draft opinion was leaked about abortion rights, the list of leaking suspects has been winnowed down to a mere 70 individuals who could be responsible.

Fox News reports:

Chief Justice John Roberts has ordered the Court’s marshal to conduct an internal investigation, but there has been no official update, and no indication whether the probe is ongoing, ended or suspended.

But multiple sources tell Fox News the investigation into the approximately 70 individuals in the court who may have had access to the draft opinion has been narrowed. Sources say much of the initial focus was on the three dozen or so law clerks, who work directly with the justices on their caseload. Fox News had previously reported those law clerks were asked to turn over their cell phones and sign affidavits. It is unclear whether those clerks have all cooperated.

Supreme Court law clerks work on a one-year contract for individual justices, and their term typically ends in mid-July. Most of the law clerks have now presumably moved on to other jobs, and any future cooperation with them into the leak investigation was seen as problematic.

Fox News has been told court Marshal Gail Curley has also asked several permanent court staff who may have had access to the draft opinion to turn over their cell phones and electronic devices.

Is this just another Washington cover-up? As dishonest as Roberts truly is, I wouldn’t be surprised.

I have said all along that the Court knows who the leaker is but will not reveal the identity until after the midterm election. It’s just like everything else. It’s political and the Conservative Justices don’t have enough backbone to go ahead and reveal the identity because they are afraid of the radical violent Dems and what they will do.

The friendly movement among compatriots in the Supreme Court naturally creates dozens of possibilities. For me, this is much like the Deep Throat leaker who wasn’t revealed for 30 years when he was 92 years old. William Mark Felt Sr., who retired from the FBI in 1973, was identified by his family in 2005, three years before he died.

His reason? Nixon didn’t name him as the FBI’s new director. I’m sure the SCOTUS investigators have examined even the slightest hint of negativity in all the appraisals, particularly for outgoing clerks. For me, rats are just rats and regardless of their reason, they’ll have nightmares for the rest of their miserable lives. Honest people won’t miss a wink.

The situation would be expeditiously resolved if the DemoCreeps were not in power. But the DemonCrats will do anything in their power to undermine and subvert the Supreme Court when it goes against their unscrupulous designs. If they remain on the ascendancy do not be surprised if they essentially abolish the Judiciary as an independent branch of government.

They have always known who it is because they organized the leak. WAKE UP.
