The President of the United States is violating federal law to kill unborn children in the womb.
Joe Biden announced that his administration will use Department of Veterans Affairs hospitals as centers for killing unborn children. The Department stated on friday that it plans to perform abortions in three situations: rape, incest, or when the mother’s life is in danger. This comes despite the fact that doctors clearly state that abortion is never a medical necessity.
The VA Secretary Dennis McDonough said the following in a public statement:
“Pregnant veterans and VA beneficiaries deserve to have access to world-class reproductive care when they need it most. That’s what our nation owes them, and that’s what we at VA will deliver.”

How will they determine the veracity of the “rape,” “incest,” or “life-threatening,” situation? They say the last will be determined necessity by “careful consultation between VA health care providers and the Veterans they serve.” For rape and incest, they will base them on the word of the individual seeking an abortion.

Senator James Lankford, a pro-life Republican from Oklahoma, says the move is illegal and previously sent a letter to Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) Denis McDonough to share his concerns. Specifically, Biden’s move is illegal under federal law.
Section 106 of the Veterans Health Care Act of 1992 prohibits the VA from providing abortions.
Lankford warns in his letter, “Only Congress can change federal law, and Congress has held for the past 30 years that the VA is not permitted to offer abortion services… Abortion is not and will never be healthcare. Healthcare protects life. Abortion takes life. Instead of promoting the taking of human life, I would challenge you, and others within the VA, to respect the dignity of our veterans and all of their family members, including unborn children, by ensuring services provided and funded by the VA are focused on true healthcare consistent with federal law.”
This partisan move uses resources meant to support our armed forces to instead murder children. Moreover, the people don’t even support this. VA facilities are funded by taxpayer dollars and the majority of Americans oppose taxpayer funded abortion. This policy is sick and we need to make it cost them the elections in 2022, and 2024. This madness has to end.
Biden, our Coprolite in Chief, has committed the greatest of evil ironies. Seems he’s reassigned the most powerful American department from defending us against foreign aggression. Its new assignment is to abort the babies of those it once was assigned to defend.
Abortion is not the business of government. It’s a private matter between obstetrician and patient. Clearly, Biden has no business meddling in this matter. Why is he doing it? He’s the chief democrat and the democrat party cannot survive without socialist controls.
Preventing pregnancy from rape is not difficult. There are morning after pills that prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex that can be taken whether or not the victim has reported the rape to the police or not. Same goes for incest. If a woman’s life is in danger if she goes the full term of a pregnancy, that needs to be the responsibility of a doctor who is willing to stand by his or her decision. Otherwise, abortion is an elective surgery that is completely avoidable by any responsible woman.
