Republican Representative Lauren Boebert is receiving praise from supporters after flashing photos of baby fetuses during a House hearing on endangered species. Boebert, a staunch foe of abortion, was selected to serve on the Subcommittee on Water, Wildlife, and Fisheries as part of the current Congress. The hearing focused on de-listing the grey wolf and the grizzly bear, and potential improvements to the Endangered Species Act (ESA) in relation to its 50th anniversary.

Boebert questioned her colleagues on the other side of the aisle, asking if they would consider putting babies on the endangered species list. She then proceeded to flash multiple photos of unspecified fetuses, asking if this was a way to save some children in the United States. She further added that the ESA “has been weaponized by extremist environmentalists to obstruct commonsense multiple-use activities that they disagree with.”

“I do want to say before my opening remarks, you know, since we’re talking about the Endangered Species Act, I’m just wondering if my colleagues on the other side would put babies on the endangered species list,”

“These babies were born in Washington, D.C., full term. I don’t know, maybe that’s a way we can save some children here in the United States.”

Boebert’s stance on abortion is well known, having either sponsored or co-sponsored multiple abortion-related bills since December. In January, she voted for the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act “to stop the horrific practice of refusing medical care to babies who survive late-term abortions.” She also co-sponsored additional legislation to condemn attacks on facilities and churches that oppose abortion, following the Supreme Court leak of the Dobbs decision.

Boebert’s pro-life stance is not just limited to the abortion debate. She also introduced the Defund Planned Parenthood Act in January, which would disallow federal tax dollars from going to Planned Parenthood and redirect such funding to community health centers. Boebert’s actions have gained her praise from supporters who share her values, including rural conservative communities that value life.

Lauren Boebert, a controversial American politician, has garnered criticism from some for her actions, but her supporters see her as a champion of her beliefs and an advocate for important issues. As a mother of four children, her voice is significant in the political arena, and her experiences have likely shaped her views on various topics. Her oldest child, Trey, was born when she was only 17 years old, while her other children, Kassidy, Kyrie, and Tyler, were born in her 20s and 30s.

Boebert is known for being a long-time supporter of the Pro-Life movement, and she has sponsored several bills aimed at furthering its cause. These bills include The Protecting Life in Crisis Act, which aimed to ensure that no funds under the CARES Act were used to provide abortion services, and The Life at Conception Act, which aimed to define “person” as beginning at the moment of fertilization or cloning, effectively outlawing abortion. Additionally, she has also supported The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which would require medical professionals to provide care to infants who survive attempted abortions, and The Defund Planned Parenthood Act, which would prohibit federal funding for Planned Parenthood and redirect such funds to community health centers.

Finally, Boebert has also supported The Protecting Life and Taxpayers Act, which would prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and prevent subsidies from being given to health insurance plans that cover abortion services. She has also sponsored The Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act, which would prohibit sex-selective abortions and abortions based on a diagnosis of Down syndrome.

While Boebert’s views may not be shared by everyone, her advocacy on behalf of the Pro-Life movement has been consistent throughout her political career. Her belief that life begins at conception and her desire to protect the unborn and infants who survive attempted abortions are at the heart of her actions.

Liberals are Consumate Hypocrites. They will stand outside a Prison, protesting a Murderer’s Execution for Heinous Crimes, telling all who will listen the Scumbag’s life is sacred. Then the next day, they’ll protest that Abortions are necessary up to and even after birth. Declaring the child doesn’t have or deserve life because it’s inconvenient to the mother’s lifestyle.

They can’t even understand the ridiculousness of their position.

Screaming like Harpies from Hell about their “Right” to kill an innocent child.

She has a point, at what point are we going to realize that killing the unborn is going to cost us more than we are willing to admit.

I think Lauren is awesome! Hopefully, showing these photos of babies will get some attention and have them on the endangered species. Go Lauren!
