FBI Headquarters in Washington DC by Chris O'Neil

Biden’s Department of Justice has procedurally hunted pro-life advocates for the last month. The FBI has taken up cases local courts dismissed in an effort to intimidate and persecute anyone who dares to protect children.

The latest instance involves a whopping 11 unjust arrests. The Justice Department is charging 11 pro-life advocates with violations of the FACE Act. The FACE Act (or Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act) essentially makes it illegal for anyone to present alternatives to women considering abortion and punishes anyone who would protect the unborn.

From LifeNews:

The 11 activists were charged with FACE Act violations stemming from their 2021 “blockade” of an abortion clinic in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This blockade was peaceful, pro-life activist AJ Hurley told The Daily Signal on Wednesday evening.

Several of the activists were arrested on the day of the blockade, after reportedly successfully preventing abortions from taking place at the clinic for most of the day, but police reportedly released these activists later in the day after they posted bail for misdemeanor charges, the pro-life news outlet Live Action reported.

In a Wednesday press release, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee announced that Chester Gallagher, 73, of Lebanon, Tennessee; Heather Idoni, 58, of Michigan; Calvin Zastrow, 57, of Michigan; Caroline Davis, 24, of Michigan; Coleman Boyd, 51, of Bolton, Mississippi; Dennis Green, 56, of Cumberland, Virginia; and Paul Vaughn, 55, of Centerville, Tennessee, are charged with “conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act, and committing FACE Act violations.”

Hurley, a pro-life activist who is friends with many of those charged on Wednesday, told The Daily Signal that the FBI raided Gallagher’s home on Wednesday morning with “guns drawn.” Hurley was not physically present but said he was alerted to the alleged raid by his friends.

“The FBI isn’t even performing the investigations,” said pro-life activist AJ Hurley to Live Action News. “The DOJ is doing their own investigations and using the FBI as their arm of that organization… Normally the FBI does an investigation, and if they find someone guilty of federal crimes, they issue warrants.” Instead, he says, “the DOJ is… sending local branches of the FBI with arrest warrants to be their strong arm.”

Hurley went on to say, “This is a new tactic the DOJ has been throwing at pro-lifers to see if the charges stick.”

DOJ published a press release that claims, “This case was investigated by the FBI and is being prosecuted by the Civil Rights Coordinator of the U.S. Attorney’s Office and trial Attorneys of the Department’s Civil Rights Division,” adding, “An indictment is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”

The group was singing and praying when the police asked them to leave.

As usual, the issue is money. Many who adamantly demand the right to abort their babies also demand that it be funded by taxpayers. Clearly, about half of the taxpayers are opposed to abortion and more than half are opposed to government funding of it.

Voting for pro abortion candidates won’t change the Supreme Court order that moved the authority back to the state legislatures. America has long demonstrated a basic objection to unnecessary or unconstitutional federal authority. In the states, the law now gives pro-abortion people a voice.

Fact is, the democrat party strategy is to raise the pro-abortion ire to gain votes without giving a hoot about the funding side of the issue. They enjoy a willingness by their voters to ignore the funding issue. And it’s shocking that so many democrats pretend ignorance of the party flimflam.

Since Planned MURDER already gets over $1.5 million of tax money a day, they are profiting from their evil even before they get the money from the people paying for the infanticide. Marxists like to complain about “big business” but say nothing about this BIG business!

The implication here is sinister and deadly: now Guilty until proven Innocent and innocence (as for the Jan 6th prisoners) is but a fleeting phantasm when someone is out to get you and use you as an example or as a scapegoat,

Supreme Court not so Supreme any more. What could be a valid reason not to defend those without a voice?
