While Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson faces a tough confirmation process in an evenly divided 50-50 Senate, pro-lifers have noted her record on abortion as she vies for the job of Supreme Court justice.
The Daily Wire reports:
Jackson was asked, “Does the Constitution protect rights that are not expressly enumerated in the Constitution? Which rights?”
Jackson went on to answer, “The Supreme Court has determined that the Constitution protects certain rights that are not specifically enumerated in the Constitution.” She pointed to cases like Griswold v. Connecticut, and Eisenstadt v. Baird, (1972), which “recognize an unenumerated right to privacy that encompasses the right to marital privacy and to use contraception.”

She went on to answer that Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey “articulate a limited right to terminate a pregnancy, particularly before viability…”

“In a related case, she ruled against the Trump administration’s decision to cut grant funding under the federal Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program. In Policy and Research v. HHS, she found that the administration had not properly grounded its action in the mandates of the Administrative Procedure Act,” The Washington Post reported.
Jackson has received support from pro-abortion groups, including Alexis McGill Johnson, the president of Planned Parenthood.

As I’ve said before, and since my comments are always held people don’t get to read them right away. This activist has no business in the highest court of the land. I don’t care about her accomplishments. I’m sure her whole life she’s been checking boxes. Her parents must be proud.
Of course, they share her values.
I took the time to actually watch most of the hearings. On most, if not all questions from Republican senators, her facial expressions said it all. We’re living in a country now, where everything is upside down. We have zero representation from our elected officials.
Based on Jackson’s refusal to answer direct questions on her beliefs or spinning her answers away those questions she has revealed that should she be confirmed her actions on the SCOTUS would be unconstitutional and has therefore eliminated herself from confirmation. Unfortunately there have been many instances of SCOTUS Justices handing down decisions that can only be considered “Legislating from the bench”, a practice that is repugnant to the Constitution. The left represented by the Democrat Socialist Communist Nazi Globalist Party have adopted the practice of degrading certain Justices by labeling them as “Originalist” as if that is a bad thing. In truth it is the Constitution that requires Justices to make decisions based solely on the Constitution. The Constitution has a definite process set down to for it to be changed by WE THE PEOPLE to keep up with modern advances should they be required and that is named the Ammendment Process. Nowhere in that process does the Constitution allow for Justices to legislate or modernize the Constitution. To make their understanding of what a Justice thinks the Constitution should presently be changed to be they can write a Descending Opinion. If appropriate recommend that the People should consider an Ammendment. While this can be a laborious process, the significance of altering the Constitution is a serious thing and not to be left up to the SCOTUS Justices instead of to WE THE PEOPLE. This is part of the genious of the forefathers that wrote the Constitution, a Constitution that along with the Declaration of Independence are considered world wide by freedom loving people to be the two greatest documents ever written.
She kept bringing up the Constitution. I’m sure she despises it, and has less than zero intentions of following it. That was proven with her constantly handing down sentences less than recommended.
Decisions should be made solely on the Constitution, not one’s personal feelings because it fits their deranged agendas. She will be confirmed because this time we can’t count on Joe Manchin.

There is no constitutional right that allows for the murdering of a innocent life in the womb of it’s mother, and abortion is nothing less than cold blooded murder, there is life in the female’ egg, and there is life in the male sperm, at the very moment of conception, this is the very first stage of a human life. Nothing else is add other than nourishment to bring this life to birth; just as nourishment is added to bring the baby to toddler… Just as we need nourishment to carry each of us to the next stage of our lives.

You can tell that judge Jackson is a true politician. Rather, she gave a Supreme Court assessment of the issue. She stated that “Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood of Southern Pennsylvania v. Casey articulate a limited right to terminate a pregnancy, particularly before viability.” So, given her answer, she admitted that the Constitution does not protect a womans right to have an abortion. The Supreme Court is getting ready to overturn Roe v. Wade because it was wrongly decided and without any Constitutional authority. I wonder how judge Jackson will feel after the case is overturned.

I heard about a Bill in Maryland that if passed could make it illegal to charge someone for the death of a baby up to 28 days after birth. Thankfully, the “perinatal” word rather than “prenatal” was recognized & is being further discussed.
