Vermont: Article 22
Article 22 in Vermont is aimed to promote abortion and reads, “That an individual’s right to personal reproductive autonomy is central to the liberty and dignity to determine one’s own life course and shall not be denied or infringed unless justified by a compelling State interest achieved by the least restrictive means.”
Once again, polls have found that the article is favored to pass with a whopping 75% of the state in favor according to a University of New Hampshire Study.
