On Monday, a Philadelphia jury found pro-life father Mark Houck not guilty on charges he violated the FACE Act while counseling outside a Planned Parenthood facility. The Biden Administration has labeled many pro-life activists as terrorists and had Houck arrested by an FBI team in the early morning to face charges. Houck could have faced over a decade in prison if he was found guilty but now the true story of what transpired at the Planned Parenthood is coming to light. Houck’s attorney Peter Breen celebrated the ruling, “Mark and his family are now free of the cloud that the Biden administration threw upon them. We took on Goliath – the full might of the United States government – and won.”. “The jury saw through and rejected the prosecution’s discriminatory case, which was harassment from day one. This is a win for Mark and the entire pro-life movement. The Biden Department of Justice’s intimidation against pro-life people and people of faith has been put in its place,” he added.
Houck explained to Fox news how he was defending his son from Planned Parenthood volunteer Bruce Love, “He is about a foot away from my son after already having one altercation with him. He’s making my son extremely nervous.” “I walk him there and tell him to stop talking to my son,” the activist recalled. “He doesn’t have any permission to talk to my son. Next thing I know, he turns around and he’s talking to my son again and then you see the push.”
Houck is an experienced pro-life activist and is used to letting things slide off his back but this was the first time the volunteer “overstepped his bounds.” Witnesses of the incident told the court that they heard Love making disparaging and bullying remarks to Houck and his son.
In response, Breen said “the Biden Department of Justice chose to make an unnecessary show of potentially deadly force, sending twenty heavily armed federal agents to the Houck residence at dawn. In threatening form, after nearly breaking down the family’s front door, at least five agents pointed guns at Mark’s head and arrested him in front of his wife and seven young children, who were terrified that their husband and father would be shot dead before their eyes.”

It/was nothing more than the radical leftist Biden Administration selectively persecuting Houck to try to get some perverted pay back for the reversal of Roe v Wade. The local authorities had considered prosecuting Houck but decided against it. The DOJ prosecution of Houck exposes the rot in the federal government
