Life News reports:

Wal-Mart shareholders voted today against a resolution that would have the largest retailer investigate promoting abortion to its employees once the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.

With the nation’s highest court poised to reverse the horrific Supreme Court decision that allowed killing 63 million babies in abortions, abortion activists are pulling out all the stops to promote abortions everywhere they can.

Their latest move was to try to get Wal-Mart to investigate the supposed negative repercussions from overturning Roe. While pro-abortion stalwarts think that’s a bad thing for women, it would actually be more helpful for women to receive pregnancy support and help instead f just abortion — especially for poor women.

Reuters further reported:

The proposal, made by Clean Yield Asset management on behalf of activist investor Julie Kalish, would have required Walmart’s board by the end of the year to detail “any known and any potential risks and costs to the company caused by enacted or proposed state policies severely restricting reproductive rights” and any strategies it may pursue to address the issue.

Walmart is the largest private U.S. employer.

“As an employer in all 50 states, including many where access to reproductive healthcare has already been restricted, and where more restrictions are expected if Roe vs. Wade is overturned, Walmart should consider the impact it will have on its workforce and business,” a representative for Kalish said during the virtual meeting streamed on the company’s website.

Walmart had opposed the proposal, saying it already offers a variety of affordable healthcare options for employees and preparation of a report would be of little value for shareholders, according to a regulatory filing.

Walmart is the nation’s largest retailer, operating more than 5,000 stores. Women make up nearly 50% of its U.S. workforce. Walmart hires about 1% of the U.S. private sector workforce, or 1.6 million employees.

AMERICAN CONSUMERS ARE UNITING. ALL WOKE and BABY KILLING BUSINESSES WILL BE BOYCOTTED. 200 MILLION AMERICAN WILL SPEND OUR TAX DOLLARS ELSEWHERE. WE NEED TO STAND TOGETHER IN SOLIDARITY AGAINST THE LEFT, CABAL, DEMOCRATS and ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC. ESPECIALLY DOMESTIC.

If women do not want to have children they should use birth control during sex or just abstain. The man should also be responsible enough to use a condom. The murder of innocent babies is not the answer for irresponsibility.

So happy to continue shopping at Walmart. Have stopped shopping or buying any store or product supporting abortion, transgenderism or anything promoting anti-Christian evils; ie, Disney, Coke, Kellogg’s, Uber, Amazon, Target, etc. I’ll spend my hard earned money at companies who have morals.

It’s amazing that these organizations refer to “health care restrictions” when talking about abortion. They will not admit the reality of what abortion is, which stops a beating heart. Kudos to Walmart for standing up to these anti-life and “no health care for the most vulnerable babies in the womb” activists.
